Composite access floors

Composite access floors combine the advantages of a closed floor surface with the flexibility of the access floor. They are optimally suitable if the following conditions are required: closed, homogeneous surface, convenience thanks to flexible installation options in a hollow space, as well as a dry method of construction.

The composite access floor consists of standardised floor panels (chipboard, calcium sulphate), which slot into each other through the bonded tongue and groove joint or groove ridge connection. The floor panels stand on a substructure of steel pedestals, which can be adjusted in height. Maintenance openings provide access to the installations in the hollow space.

Advantages

Short drying time, can be walked on immediately
Height adjustable substructure
Combination with access floor easily possible
Good physical properties regarding load bearing capacity, fire protection and soundproofing
Well-suited to numerous types of covering

Hollow floors using standardised flooring tiles
